Elsa

Elsa's character in Frozen is a loving older sister who would go through any mile for her younger sister, Anna but is not allowed to express her love for her because she doesn't want to endanger Anna by her sorcery. She distances herself from Anna because she loves her. Weird, I know! It's so hard for her not to play with her as a young girl after the separation. The song, "Do You Want to Build a Snowman" shows the transformation of the two sisters growing up and how Anna's opinion about the separation changes. As hard as it is for Elsa, she stays, locked in her room 24/7.  Finally, on Elsa's coronation day, she accidentally exposes her magic to the entire kingdom, setting off an eternal winter but only she has the power to change it back to summer. She then isolates herself from Arendelle to the North Mountain to forget about everything and everyone while singing "Let it Go." Elsa is very independent and she never relies on anyone. Even her diceased parents.
