The Making of Frozen

The creators of Frozen developed Elsa's character around the idea of Hans Christian Andersen's character named, "The Snow Queen" created in 1845. Coincidentally, the people who created Elsa developed many of the same characteristics of the Snow Queen. Long blonde hair braided to the side, a long cape with the same snowflake designs, and the blue gown.
